My name is Ajale Williams, Owner/Operator of City Strivers Nursery School. From the very first time I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up my answer was "I want to be a teacher". I use to pretend to be a teacher when I played with my dolls. I would line them up and tell them what to do. I have worked with children in the daycare setting as a teacher for many years. After a few years in the field I was able to obtain a certification in Early Childhood Education from The Bermuda College as well as SCARS and CPR/First Aid trained. I come with many years of experience and I am very passionate about delivering quality childcare services and molding our young ones into becoming future stars. It has always been my dream to own, operate and teach in my own daycare facility. I can proudly say that I have finally achieved my goal. I am wife and a mother to 5 beautiful children. In my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends, clean, shop and listen to music.

Gigi is delighted to be a member of the City Strivers staff. With a number of years of experience in early childhood education, she brings with her a passion for nurturing the curiosity and creativity of the young minds she teaches.
Gigi was born and raised in the Philippines. At a young age, she recognized her passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Encouraged by her friends and relatives she pursued her Bachelors degree in Education at the University of Assumption. Her academic journey was marked by a deep commitment to understanding child development and methodologies.
In her spare time Gigi enjoys hobbies such as cooking, reading, and dancing.

Mumtaaza is a passionate early childhood educator from Sri Lanka with preliminary studies in Montessori Teaching and Early Childhood Education, supported by five years of extensive training and experience.
Inspired and encouraged by my mother, who recognised my natural ability and passion for teaching, I pursued a career dedicated to nurturing and educating young minds.
I am grateful to be a member of the City Strivers Nursery School team. I am committed to continuously learning new techniques and developing my skills to provide meaningful learning experiences for children. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading and baking.

Hi my name is Rianna Simmons and I am dedicated, caring, and loving person with four years of experience working in childcare. My passion for working with children began at a young age, as I volunteered in childcare for community service and for holidays. Since then, I’ve continued to enhance my experience and knowledge by going to Bermuda college where I have recently become a qualified Early Childhood Educator. I truly enjoy creating a safe, supportive, loving and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and feel confident.

Hi my name is Naomi Landy, a proud mother of a one year old and I'm a teachers Assistant. I've been working with kids since 2013. it all started in middle school where I had to do work release, and was placed at a nursery. I was also placed at summer day camps. It was then I realized how passionate I am about taking care of children and being apart of their early years journey. To gain more experience I decided to start off as a Teachers Assistant at CSNS. I'm also working towards being a qualified teacher in the near future.

My name is Crystal Rogers, a proud mother of two lovely children that has 10 years experience working with children through nursery schools, summer camps and private on-call babysitting. I am passionate about creating a loving, safe, and fun environment where children are thriving and being their true selves. I enjoy watching children reach new milestones and being a positive part of their development. I am excited to continue doing what I love and always looking forward to building wonderful and unique relationships with the children and their families
